The program allows you to assign keyboard shortcuts to individual functions and their specific parameters. A keyboard shortcut can be assigned to a single key, or a combination with function keys, e.g.

CTRL + W,

CTRL + Alt + W

CTRL + Alt + Shift + W

Note: At the bottom of each page in this web help, you can find appropriate keyboard shortcuts.

The drop-down list allows you to load, save, import and export keyboard shortcut settings.

Hotkeys definition

To add a keyboard shortcut:

1. In the Hotkeys window, click the Add button, the Add hotkey window will open.

2. In the Add hotkey window, enter the shortcut key in the Hot Key field.

3. From the drop-down list in the Category field, select the category of the function or select All if you want to see all functions in the Function list.

4. From the drop-down list in the Function field, select the function to which the keyboard shortcut will refer.

5. If selected function has any parameters, you can enter them in the Parameters field. Description of parameters is located below this field.

6. Confirm the shortcut with OK

7. To save the keyboard shortcuts expand Select settings drop-down list located in the Hot keys window and then select Save. If you want to export keyboard shortcuts to the file, select Save As option and then enter the name of the file in a dialog.

Hot Keys window

Hot key	key to which the shortcut will be assigned
Function	function to be assigned to the key
Parameters	function parameters (appear if the function has any parameters)

You can export keyboard shortcuts to the *.dat file and then load them on another computer.

The structure of *.dat file:
