The administrator of your personal data is DEPHOS Group Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at 63 Rodziny Poganow St, 32-080 Zabierzow, Poland.

II. OBJECTIVES AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process your personal data in order to installation and download the updates of the LiMON software based on your consent.
In addition, if you agreed to the processing of your personal data by DEPHOS Group sp. z o.o. in order to send you information about products and services of DEPHOS Group sp. z o.o. by electronic means or to share your personal data by DEPHOS Group sp. o.o. with companies belonging to the DEPHOS capital group in order to send you information about products and services of companies belonging to the DEPHOS capital group by electronic means, we also process your personal data for these purposes, to the extent you agreed.
III. CATEGORIES OF YOUR DATA WHICH WE WILL PROCESS
We will process the following categories of your data: e-mail address, first name and last name, company name, your country to the extent you have made them available to us.
IV. DATA RECEIVERS
We may share your personal data with the following categories of entities: entities cooperating with DEPHOS Group sp. z o.o. in the field of IT services, agents of products and services of DEPHOS Group sp. z o.o. In addition if you agreed to sharing your personal data by DEPHOS Group sp. z o.o. with companies belonging to the DEPHOS capital group, in order to send you information about products and services of the companies belonging to the DEPHOS capital group, your personal data can be shared with the companies belonging to the DEPHOS capital group.
V. TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
We do not transfer your data outside of Poland.
VI. DURATION OF DATA STORAGE
We store your personal data until you withdraw your consent to their processing, or we will determine that they have become outdated.
VII. YOUR RIGHTS
You have:
The right to access your data and receive copies thereof;
The right to rectify (correct) your data;
The right to delete data (If you feel there is no reason to process your data, you can request that we remove it);
The right to limit data processing (you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to store them or to perform actions agreed upon with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or we process them unjustifiably; or you do not want us to remove them, because you need them to establish, assert or defend claims; or for the time you objected to the processing of data);
The right to object to data processing ("marketing opposition" - You have the right to object to the processing of your data in order to conduct direct marketing. If you exercise this right - we will stop processing data for this purpose);
The right to data transfer (you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, personal data about you that you provided to us based on your consent. You can also ask us to send this data directly to another entity);
The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (if you feel that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint to the supervisory authority);
The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, which we process based on your consent, at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which has been carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. VIII. INFORMATION ON THE VOLUNTARY OF PROVIDING THE DATA
Providing data by you is voluntary, however, if you do not provide your e-mail address, you will not be able to install and download the updates of the LiMON software. Furthermore, the ability of using the trial version of the LiMON software depends on your consent to the processing of your personal data by DEPHOS Group sp. z o.o. in order to send you information about products and services of DEPHOS Group sp. z o.o. by electronic means.
